The Keystone Learning Network was started by Jerry D. Anderson, Psy. D. Dr. Anderson is the Director of Social Services for a therapeutic foster care agency, a position which he has held since 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Miami, FL with a degree in Biology. He holds a Master’s Degree in Christian School Administration from Grace College and Seminary, as well as Masters and Doctorate degrees in Psychology from California Coast University.

Dr. Anderson has spent many years studying the research about how the brain is affected by trauma such as sexual, physical abuse and neglect which is often found in children in the foster and kinship system. He has developed many training workshops addressing these issues and has been a guest speaker at state and national conventions. Dr. Anderson uses the research findings from a diverse array of disciplines to mold together interventions that will bring the greatest amount of healing to the brain in the shortest amount of time.
