The mission of the Keystone Learning Network (KLN) is to enhance the quality of services provided to children in two out-of-home settings by offering trainings based on the latest that research has to offer:
  1. Children who have been abused. This group of children would include, but not be limited to, children in foster care, kinship care, adoptive families and residential settings. Trainings are offered to public and private agencies responsible for the safety and well-being of these children.

  2. Children "at risk" in the school setting. Trainings are offered to teachers, administrators and other support people. Trainings are focused on classroom management and the teaching of reading strategies.
